Hey, Sir is committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Data We Collect

Hey, Sir stores the following data locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, syncs it across your devices via iCloud:

• Your name and coach name
• Reminders, checklists, routines, and workout data
• Calendar events and notes
• Notification preferences and settings

We do NOT collect:

• Personal data on our servers
• Analytics or tracking data
• Advertising identifiers

2. iCloud Sync

If you are signed in to iCloud, your data is synced across your devices using Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your private iCloud account and is not accessible to us.

3. Apple Calendar Access

Hey, Sir may request access to your Apple Calendar to sync events. This data is only used within the app and is never sent to external servers.

4. Notifications

Hey, Sir sends push notifications for reminders, routines, and motivational messages. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

5. Subscriptions

All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information.

6. Data Deletion

All your data is stored on your device and iCloud account. You can delete all data by uninstalling the app. To delete iCloud data, go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Hey, Sir → Delete Data.

7. Children's Privacy

Hey, Sir is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
